Air Products will be installing and operating an air separation unit for the supply of nitrogen to Nederlandse Aardolie Maatschappij B.V. (NAM) to enable the latter to extract natural gas from small depleted reserves. NAM is a joint venture between Esso and Shell.
Sigma-Aldrich, the life science company based in St. Louis, made a joint announcement with Scottish First Minister, Alex Salmond, about their plans to set up a a new powder manufacturing plant at the Irvine site which houses the company’s liquid manufacturing facility.
The symposium to be held by SAE International will focus on all aspects pertaining to composites. Titled, "SAE 2013 Design, Manufacturing and Economics of Composites Symposium,” the event is scheduled to be held at Torino Incontra Conference Centre at Torino in Italy from January 29 to 30, 2013.
