Overview of MiQA System from PI

In this video, Tim Naumann from PI’s Engineered Systems explains the MiQA system for microscopy, tomography, and laminography. The unique system, which consists of goniometers, rotation stages, hexapods, and a custom sample stage, will be used by the ANKA (Angströmquelle Karlsruhe) at the Karlsruhe Institute. The MiQA system will be used in the qualification of X-ray optics like lenses and a beamline for X-ray microscopy. Customization is also possible.
