EVG® NILPhotonics® Competence Center: A Flexible Cooperation Model

The NILPhotonics Competence Center from EV Group is a versatile cooperation model that has been developed to make the most of EVG’s equipment and process knowledge gained through several years of experience to assist the diversified requirements of the photonics market.

The aim of EVG is to develop customer and industry collaborations, to jointly overcome challenges and reduce the time to market for novel photonic devices and applications. EVG has a universal collaborator network to draw from to assist its customers’ process integration and optimization measures throughout the NIL infrastructures, such as resist materials, template and supporting metrology.

Consequently, EVG is capable of offering consultation and assistance during process growth and ramp-up to pilot manufacturing.
