Simple Analysis with Special Fuel Modules
With its modular design, analyzing gasoline and diesel fuels becomes a routine task. Dedicated modules enable the detection of benzene (EN 238) and FAME (EN 14078), while advanced modules are available for measuring fuel ethanol and methanol. The eraspec X automatically determines the concentrations of all relevant fuel components and displays the results immediately.
In addition, eraspec X can be equipped with optional chemometric models that evaluate measured spectra to derive key fuel parameters, such as RON, MON, DVPE, cetane number, and distillation and evaporation fractions, eliminating the need for complex, time-consuming analytical methods.
Available Fuel Modules
eraspec X comes in the following modules:
- Gasoline module: (ASTM D5845, D6277)
- Diesel fuel module: (ASTM D7806)
- EU Benzene module: (EN 238)
- EU FAME module: (EN 14078)
- Fuel methanol module
- Fuel ethanol module
