UltraGenizer-30K High Pressure Homogenizer

The UltraGenizer is an ultra-high-pressure homogenizer and cell disruptor designed for higher flow rate requirements, operating at a maximum pressure of 60,000 psi.

The UltraGenizer single-pump system is user-friendly and efficient, featuring a diamond interaction chamber that performs cell disruption and reduces particle size.

For the sample cooling unit, a 316 L stainless steel heat exchanger may be integrated into the system to facilitate real-time sample cooling.

Furthermore, the Genizer PLC touchscreen offers an intuitive interface for operators, including access to auto-stop settings (set time, cycle count, and pressure). All components that come into contact with the medium are made of 316 L stainless steel, 17-4 ph stainless steel, titanium alloy, tungsten carbide, PTFE, UHMWPE, or other corrosion-resistant materials.
