The Airnet II 4-Channel particle sensor simplifies cleanroom monitoring in a cost-effective manner. With its compact design, it delivers exceptional performance and has the capability to transmit data. It also complies with the ISO 21501-4 and ISO 14644-1:2015 standards.
The sensor is easy to install, offering various power options, including distributed power from an in-house system, local power sources, or Power over Ethernet (PoE).
It also supports various communication methods, including Ethernet for interfacing with Pharmaceutical Net, Facility Net, or FacilityPro® software, OPC communications, Modbus communications, or an optional 4-20 mA output.

The sensor ensures data integrity by continuing to collect data even during network disruptions, thanks to its data queue feature. Furthermore, it includes a Dynamic Flow Sensing system to guarantee consistent flow conditions and vacuum system functionality, alerting users to any 15% change in flow conditions.
