With a state-of-the-art Gas Stream Selector System, users can increase control and precision in their gas management procedures. This system, designed with efficiency and safety in mind, allows industries to easily manage, switch, and control gas streams.
Whether customers work in laboratory operations, research and development, or industrial manufacturing, the Gas Stream Selector System is a reliable partner for improved gas management.
Ultra-High Purity, Ultra-High Density
With orbitally welded components, the flagship gas management system, ASTG, can automate the UHP gas analytical systems in the smallest footprint. By using gas-actuated stainless steel diaphragm valves, manifolds can asynchronously port multiple samples, calibration gases, and zero gases throughout the analytical system without worrying about leakage or cross-contamination.
All systems have high-speed activation legs to guarantee the quickest, most representative sample. This will guarantee process and quality control when it is most important.

Dilution I/O Module
With several decades of gas division, the Dilution I/O® module is a multi-mass Flow Controlled (MFC) remote blend module that can efficiently reduce a standard span gas several hundred times while preserving +/- 1% of the initial gas proportions.
This unit is orbitally welded with metal face MFC, diaphragm valves, and VCR glands to ensure purity. Metal diaphragm valves for positive isolation are built into MFC units.
The module's built-in turbulator loop and back pressure regulator ensure quick, highly accurate blending.
The module is powered and can be placed up to 100 feet (maximum) away from the Control Head. It can also communicate with the Control Head module.
