LUXOR Carbon Coater
The coating procedure in a LUXORC is totally automated; simply load the samples, choose the appropriate coating time, and push the start button. This user-friendly operation minimizes human error and enables new operators and lab professionals to operate the equipment with minimal training.
The LUXORC coater places the carbon rods at the bottom and the samples in the lid at the top. This innovative “upside-down” design offers more protection to operators and the expensive SEM electron optics.
The coater is delivered with all the required accessories and auxiliary parts. When paired with the optional vacuum pump, it forms a fully working coating configuration. Sample holders for normal pin stubs, cylindrical stubs, and resin-embedded samples are available.
It usually takes no more than 15 minutes to install a LUXORC coater using the online installation and training videos. A global network of local sales partners and distributors is available for installation, training and technical support whenever help is required.
