The user’s system becomes a networked workstation with the PRECiV software, which has several advantages:

PRECiV Pro is the most potent and flexible version of the software since it contains all of the features and functions. Customers in QA/QC, failure analysis, and anybody else who wants to create analytical reports and measurements to validate a sample or production lot can all use the features available in the Pro edition.

PRECiV Desktop

Customers who wish to post-process their data away from the microscope with all available measurement and analysis capabilities but without camera and image capture controls can use the desktop version of PRECiV software.
