Overview

The PTR-TOF 6000 combines a high-resolution ioniTOF with IONICON’s exclusive PTR technology and TRU-E/N™, delivering a powerful PTR-TOFMS experience.

The X2 technology on this instrument integrates the latest generation of the ION-BOOSTER funnel and the hexapole ION-GUIDE. The ion funnel concentrates ions into the hexapole ion guide, enabling nearly lossless transmission of a highly focused ion beam into the TOF mass spectrometer. This enhancement increases sensitivity and improves the instrument’s mass-resolving power.

The patented IONICON ion-chemistry quality guarantees precise E/N conditions, consistently reproducible measurement results, and the utmost accuracy in quantification.
