Designed with an ergonomic, compact footprint, the revamped AutoPellet RP Series includes a well-lit five-inch diameter workspace and an option for connecting a vacuum line to the pellet die. This setup provides improved visibility and better sample integrity.
This compact press, designed for glove-box use, is suitable for creating spectroscopy samples, cakes, and briquettes from various powdered substances, transitioning from powder to pellet form.
Designed for user-friendliness and process replication, this press features an improved color touchscreen interface that allows full programming of clamp force, dwell time, decompression rate, and ejection force. It can store as many as 20 recipes for automated pelletizing cycles, guaranteeing consistent and reproducible outcomes.
Force units can be chosen in pounds, kilograms, U.S. tons, or metric tons to provide adaptability in various laboratory settings.
Optional Accessories
Carver Pellet Dies have been meticulously crafted for compatibility with the AutoPellet Press Series. They come in several dimensions, specifically 6, 12, 13, 25, 31, and 40 mm sample sizes. Additionally, a newly developed press floor stand has been tailored for our AutoPellet RP Series, which enhances accessibility and allows for efficient storage. The pellet dies and the press floor stand are sold individually.
