Custom Benchtop Solutions for Gas Mixing and Gas Dilution Machines

The Custom Benchtop configuration offers the same high quality that customers are used to with Environics’ Gas Mixing and Gas Dilution Systems, but in a smaller package.

Ideal for labs or for those with limited space, the benchtop chassis measures approximately 11"x12"x8". Most standard configurations are provided with this design.

Environics gas mixing and gas dilution systems can be used in creating gaseous atmospheres, generating precise gas calibration standards, or producing gas mixes/dilutions for analytical research or production purposes. The systems consists of two components: the user's personal computer and the Environics instrument. The user interface is a Microsoft® Windows application that communicates with the Environics system via a USB (standard) or RS232 serial interface.

Environics systems utilize mass flow controllers. The mass flow controllers are factory calibrated using a primary flow standard traceable to the United States National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). Each flow controller utilizes an 11 point calibration table with linear interpolation, to increase accuracy to 1% of setpoint and to reduce flow controller nonlinearity.

All units are built to your specific needs and can include additional features such as cleaning for oxygen service, Silconert/Sulfinert coating, speciality seals (Kalrex, metal).
