The AS 200 control is easy and convenient to operate, with users able to digitally set, display, and monitor the sieving parameters such as the vibration time, height, and interval. The system allows storage of as many as 99 SOP parameter sets for routine analysis.
The device can be connected to a personal computer using an integrated interface and controlled with the EasySieve® evaluation software. Users can seamlessly and accurately manage the entire sieving process and its documentation.
Wet Sieving with Vibratory Sieve Shakers
Wet sieving is an ideal solution commonly used to sieve suspensions and very fine samples (<45 μm) that tend to agglomerate. RETSCH provides different ranges of vibratory sieve shakers for wet sieving.
The systems also come with special accessories, such as collecting pans with outlets and clamping lids with spray nozzles. The system’s venting rings between the sieves prevent the escape of sample material or liquid by expanding the air cushions.

Functional Principle
All AS 200 sieve shakers use an electromagnetic drive, a RETSCH-patented technology (EP 0642844). This drive generates a three-dimensional throwing motion for equal sieving of the product across the entire sieving surface. The system offers reduced sieving times with improved efficiency. It has a high stress capacity and ensures a smooth operational workflow.
