Increase Dairy Production Efficiency with Real-Time Milk Analysis

Take the guesswork out of quality control with advanced FT-NIR technology, making it easy to quickly and accurately analyze milk and other liquid dairy products.

Discover the MOVE-T

Analyzing milk and dairy products is key to maintaining quality, safety, and meeting industry standards. FT-NIR (Fourier Transform Near Infrared) technology is trusted for its fast, non-destructive testing, and it delivers precise, repeatable results for fat, protein, lactose, and total solids.

The new MOVE-T is a compact benchtop FT-NIR analyzer, purpose-built for liquid analysis. From raw milk to finished products, intermediates, and premixes, it offers a reliable solution for every stage of dairy production.

Innovative 2-in-1 System

The MOVE-T’s 2-in-1 system is built to simplify your workflow. With automated, product-specific handling, it boosts both efficiency and accuracy in your process.

Depending on the product, the system can switch - via software - between a high-performance homogenizer and a peristaltic pump for sample treatment and transport. Unlike conventional FT-IR milk analyzers, the MOVE-T handles even highly viscous liquid dairy products with ease.

Designed for flexibility, it ensures unmatched consistency in sample preparation while minimizing the need for manual steps. Whether your process calls for homogenization or straightforward pumping, the MOVE-T adapts to your needs, delivering reliable, high-quality results every time.

Why Homogenize Raw Milk before Analysis?

Homogenizing raw milk breaks down fat globules into smaller, evenly distributed particles, preventing cream from separating at the top. This creates a uniform sample, which is crucial for accurate and repeatable analysis results.

It also improves sample stability, reducing the chance of separation during testing. That consistency is key to achieving reliable measurement results every time.

When to Use the Peristaltic Pump

Unlike raw milk, other liquid dairy products don’t require homogenization before analysis. The measurement cell, with a 1.000 µm path length, can easily handle even viscous samples, such as cream, ice cream premixes, or liquids containing additives or crystal sugar.

Running the system with just the peristaltic pump, without homogenization, not only simplifies the process but also helps extend maintenance intervals and prolongs the life of the homogenizer.
