Compact XYZ Manipulator with Integrated Tilt—TETRAXE Range

UHV Design’s TETRAXE manipulator provides accurate manipulation in X, Y, and Z axis with convenient +/−2° tilt in-built into the mounting flange assembly.

Thanks to its robust construction and ultra-compact footprint, the TETRAXE is a perfect manipulator platform where space is at a premium.

When available space is restricted, besides an ultra-compact footprint, the TETRAXE enables both the X and Y actuation techniques to be moved to alternative positions to prevent mechanical clashes if needed.

Training or specialist tools are not needed to shift the manual handwheels or motorization kits, which can be done on the spot by following an easy process. Along with this feature, the mounting flange includes an in-built +/−2° tilt for ease of use during final alignment.

On the fixed flange, straddled holes are provided as standard with in-line clear holes offered as an option.

The TETRAXE comes in motorized or manual configurations with the option to upgrade from manual actuation to motorization later with the help of an easy “DIY” motorization kit.

When combined with additional components like custom shafts, service collars, and rotary feedthroughs, the TETRAXE enables the creation of cutting-edge manipulators.
