Nanoparticle Size Analyzer - NANOTRAC FLEX

The NANOTRAC FLEX is a small nanoparticle size analyzer that uses Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS) to give quick, accurate measurements of particle size, concentration, and molecular weight.

The NANOTRAC FLEX achieves increased accuracy and adaptability by using the sophisticated Frequency Power Spectrum (FPS) approach rather than traditional Photon Correlation Spectroscopy (PCS), establishing a new benchmark for nanoparticle analysis. It can handle a wide range of concentrations, as well as monomodal and multimodal samples without previous knowledge of particle size distribution.

Flexible Particle Size Measurement

A 1.5 mL Eppendorf Tube® can easily accommodate the NANOTRAC FLEX probe, which analyzes particle size in sample amounts as tiny as 2 µL. It allows for flexible at-line or in-line monitoring during reactions and may be employed in any vessel without the necessity for cuvettes.

The optional FlowGuard cap shields the probe from turbulence while ensuring consistent sample flow, delivering precise measurements even in moving or stirred dispersions.

The probe has a wide concentration range, and can handle monomodal and multimodal samples without previous size information, and is easy to clean between uses. Multiple measurement cell choices are available to meet a wide range of applications.

Combined Particle Analysis Solution: NANOTRAC FLEX with STABINO ZETA

The NANOTRAC FLEX combined with the STABINO ZETA provides a complete and efficient solution for particle characterization.

The STABINO ZETA rapidly provides precise and reliable zeta potential measurements throughout a large size range (0.3 nm to 300 µm) and in concentrations up to 40 % by volume. Its unique design enables simultaneous analysis of five parameters in seconds. When combined with the NANOTRAC FLEX, it can measure both particle size and zeta potential on the same sample at the same time.

The STABINO ZETA’s integrated titration function measures all parameters at each dosing step, enabling rapid identification of the isoelectric point. This streamlined approach speeds up analysis while improving data quality.

Application Examples

Pharmaceuticals, inks, life sciences, ceramics, beverages & food, colloids, polymers, microemulsions, cosmetics, chemicals, environment, adhesives, metals, industrial minerals, etc.
