ECO Line HF Generators with Efficient Heating and Advanced Power Electronics

The ECO LINE series high-frequency generators from eldec are suitable for virtually any production solution. They have a continuous power ranging from 5 to 75 kW.

HF generators with many optional features

State-of-the-art control technology, advanced power electronics, and stringent selection processes for all components are combined to provide an excellent, high-frequency generator that can be used as a standalone solution or incorporated into a larger system.

In both cases, users take advantage of a technology that provides very precise energy dosing for improved repeatability and consistency in production processes.

The large variety of ECO LINE HF generators have frequencies ranging from 60 to 400 kHz, power ratings ranging from 5 to 150 kW, flexible control options, and multiple outputs. For instance, each power rating class is also available in the 2A version (two outputs, sequential heating), :2 version (simultaneous and symmetrical heating), and x2 version (two outputs with simultaneous and independent heating).

The ECO LINE HF generator is a virtually maintenance-free product and its extreme reliability has immediate benefits for process uptime. During heating, hardening, or joining operations, the overall efficiency of the production system can be improved through the high efficiency of the energy source.

The ECO LINE series generators are offered as HF units having a permanent power ranging from 5 to 75 kW.

The compact design and a wide range of control options (Profibus/Profinet interface) make the ECO LINE generators suitable for integration into larger systems. The new control panel is designed for intuitive control of the HF generator.
