The model 100ST is built to perform tension, compression, flexure, and shear strength testing on a wide range of materials and assemblies. A selection of loadcells in different capacities enables accurate applied load measurements from small specimens to those that approach full system capacity. - Furnaces and environmental chambers can be installed for testing at high or low temperatures
- Full range of precision extensometers and deflectometers are available using video, laser, encoder, strain gauge, and/or LVDT technologies
- Tinius Olsen’s Horizon software can be connected to the tester by the operator
