The haze-gard i maintains full transparency assessment with just one reading. Optional, easy-to-replace holders are available for various applications, including a special holder for very thin films. Haze measurement is used to assess the abrasion resistance of transparent materials.
The haze-gard i Abrasion Holder (sold separately) helps position the abraded area accurately within the measuring beam. Cuvettes and the cuvette table, also available at additional cost, are suitable for testing liquids.
Haze and transmittance are controlled in a single unit using internationally recognized standard procedures.
