Koehler K46100 Cloud and Pour Point Petroleum Tester for Cold Flow Analysis

The Koehler K46100 Cloud Point and Pour Point Tester determines the lowest temperature at which petroleum products remain functional. It measures cloud point—the highest temperature at which haziness appears—and pour point—the lowest temperature at which the sample still shows movement during cooling.

This bench model features three four-jacket mechanically refrigerated baths, each factory preset to a different temperature for efficient and convenient testing: +32 °F, 0 °F, and -27 °F (0 °C, -18 °C, and -33 °C).

Each bath includes a phenolic top plate with ports for a thermometer and four copper test jackets. Synthetic sponge covers and gasketed hoods minimize ice buildup around the jackets. The cascade hermetic refrigeration system ensures reliable long-term operation.

The bath interiors and cabinet are constructed entirely of stainless steel for durability. The unit is supplied with test jackets, gaskets, disks, and thermometer holders for use with test jars and cooling baths.

Note: Test jars and thermometers must be ordered separately.
