HPR-20 R&D Specialist Gas Analysis System for Monitoring of Evolved Gases and Vapors

The Hiden HPR-20 R&D Specialist Gas Analysis System designed for use in advanced research. It is a bench-top mass spectrometer to monitor evolved gases and vapors. A triple filter mass spectrometer is offered along with the system to provide better resolution and high level sensitivity with a maximum detection limit of 5 ppb based on spectral interference.

The HPR-20 R&D has a number of interfaces to link to thermal equipment and is configured with Hiden’s heated Quartz Inert Capillary (QIC) to offer nonstop sampling of gases and vapors.

Backing and bypass pumping is equipped by a superior performance scroll pump. Gas sampling is nonstop with a gas sample flow rate user configurable/selectable in the range <1 ml/min to >20 ml/min.
