The AutoXP-SMV Modbus Multivariable Transmitter from Thermo Scientific™ is a smart multivariable transmitter delivering higher efficiency by integrating three sensors into one system. The system is built with a “plug and play” interface working under the Modbus protocol.

The SMV transmitter is completely capable of connecting to flow computers, RTUs, PLCs and directly to SCADA systems. The SMV also enables the measurement of process temperature, differential pressure and static pressure while efficiently delivering the diagnostic information to these devices.

The Smart Multivariable Transmitter (SMV) system is built based on the Thermo Scientific™ AutoXP Gas and Liquid Flow Computer, thus delivering accuracy and reliability in hydrocarbon measurement and control.
