IS-Max™ Mass Flow Controller

Class I, Division 1 mass flow controllers are designed for use in hazardous locations where explosive gases are present. IS-Max is certified to ATEX, IECEx, and North American standards and is designed for CID1 and Zone 0 environments.

• Technology for measuring laminar differential pressure (DP)
• Protection that is inherently safe: there is no need for explosion-proof housing or purge gases
