910 PSTAT Mini Potentiostat from Metrohm

Proven electrochemical techniques can be used in advanced research areas, such as solar cells, biosensors, and fuel cells. Therefore, it is necessary to appropriately train students. The 910 PSTAT mini potentiostat is designed for performing fundamental electrochemical methods.

It is almost the size and weight of a smartphone, and can be carried in your pocket, thereby enabling users to perform experiments virtually anywhere. All that is required for the user to do is to connect the potentiostat to a computer and start the software.

The dedicated PSTAT software is programmed to handle all fundamental electrochemical techniques, such as linear sweep voltammetry (LSV) and cyclic voltammetry (CV); differential pulse voltammetry (DP) and square wave voltammetry (SWV); and chronoamperometric detection (AD) and pulsed amperometric detection (PAD).

The 910 PSTAT mini comes with disposable thick-film electrodes, therefore eliminating the need for electrode preparation and maintenance. The sensors include the working electrode (carbon, platinum or gold), a carbon auxiliary electrode, and a silver reference electrode.

The 910 PSTAT mini is ideal to train students in performing electrochemical methods. The training package also contains the Metrohm monograph "Electrochemistry – A workbook for 910 PSTAT mini".

Metrohm provides the 910 PSTAT mini in a transport case with several accessories.
