UniGap 3000: Soft Silicone Gap Filler

UniGap® 3000 is a soft, ceramic-filled silicone elastomer gap pad delivering high thermal performance with easy application. Supplied with polymer release liners on both sides, it is naturally tacky, eliminating the need for adhesive and excluding microscopic air gaps.

With excellent compression performance across varying stack-up tolerances, UniGap® 3000 applies minimal stress to components.
