CoolZorb 400 is a hybrid material engineered for both EMI mitigation and thermal management. It’s applied like a traditional thermal gap filler - positioned between a heat source, such as an integrated circuit (IC), and a heat sink, metal chassis, or other heat-dissipating surface.
Beyond its thermal function, CoolZorb 400 helps suppress unwanted energy coupling, resonances, and surface currents that can contribute to board-level EMI issues.
