CoolZorb Ultra is a high-performance, silicone-free hybrid material that combines EMI mitigation with exceptional thermal management. With an ultra-high thermal conductivity of 11.5 W/m·K, it is designed for use as a traditional thermal interface material between high-power ICs and heat sinks, metal chassis, or other heat-dissipating surfaces.

In addition to its thermal performance, CoolZorb Ultra suppresses unwanted energy coupling, resonances, and surface currents that can contribute to board-level EMI issues.
