UniGraph 14000 offers superior thermal performance and heat distribution. It is well-suited for thermal connections to heat sinks.

UniGraph 14000 is engineered with graphite for thermal bonding between metal surfaces where electrical isolation is not needed. Unlike thermal grease, UniGraph 14000 provides consistent and predictable thermal behavior. This results in a known and repeatable thermal conductivity level, which is challenging to achieve with grease.

Additionally, it can be provided with an extra adhesive coating (A1) on one side, along with a PET liner.
