CoolZorb 200 is a hybrid material designed for both EMI mitigation and thermal management. It functions as a traditional thermal gap filler, placed between a heat source - like an integrated circuit (IC) - and a heat sink, metal chassis, or other heat-dissipating component.
In addition to conducting heat away from sensitive components, CoolZorb 200 helps suppress unwanted energy coupling, resonances, and surface currents that can lead to board-level EMI issues.
