UniGap 7000ES™: A Silicone Thermal Interface Pad

UniGap 7000ES is an exceptionally soft, ceramic-filled silicone gap filler, intended to thermally connect a wide range of heat-dissipating components.

UniGap 7000ES is strong and compressible throughout a wide range of stack-up tolerances, with minimal pressure forces exerted on component parts. The material can be supplied with a fabric or film liner on one side for added electrical isolation and increased cut-through resistance.
