UniPhase 5500 is a non-silicone, phase change thermal interface material (TIM) designed as a clean, reliable alternative to messy thermal grease. It activates at 60°C, flowing to conform to surface textures between heatsinks, LED COBs, or other devices.
With mounting pressure and phase change action, UniPhase 5500 efficiently eliminates air voids, minimizing thermal resistance and maximizing heat transfer.
