The 2060 The NIR-Ex Analyzer represents the next generation of process spectroscopy instruments from Metrohm Process Analytics. Built with a distinctive, well-established design throughout, it delivers accurate results in 10 seconds. The system enables nondestructive analysis of liquids and solids, directly in the process line or in a reaction vessel, using fiber optics and contact probes.
It is designed to support up to five probes and/or flow cells. Each of the five channels can be configured independently using the versatile, proprietary embedded software.
This analyzer is IECEx-certified and complies with the ATEX EU Directives. It has been developed with an approved purge and pressurization system, combined with intrinsically safe electronic components, to prevent potentially explosive fumes or gases from the surrounding air from entering the analyzer enclosure.
The system is also offered in three additional versions: the 2060 The NIR Analyzer, the 2060 The NIR-R Analyzer, and the 2060 The NIR-REx Analyzer.
