SiN Window Chip for Correlative Light and Electron Microscopy

JEOL's high-strength SiN film allows for the observation of a large, millimeter-scale area in sequence. It’s also ideal for viewing serially sliced sections, as it eliminates the invisible areas often caused by conventional TEM grids. The dedicated retainer makes it easy to perform Correlative Light and Electron Microscopy (CLEM).

To use the CLEM retainer (SiN Window Chip Starter Kit), the EM-21010 common specimen holder and SiN Window Chips (20 chips per case) must be purchased separately.
