The JMS-T100LP AccuTOF™ LC-Express 4G Time-of-Flight Mass Spectrometer utilizes the award-winning AccuTOF time-of-flight analyzer technology. The AccuTOF analyzer design uses elegant ion optics and an ADC-based digitizer to achieve a dynamic range greater than four orders of magnitude without sacrificing sensitivity, resolution, or mass accuracy.
The basic system is equipped with an orthogonal spray ESI source. Optional ion sources include APCI, Dual Spray ESI, Micro ESI, Nano ESI, and the ground-breaking Direct Analysis in Real Time (DART). All sources are connected to the AccuTOF via the unique atmospheric pressure interface.
The AccuTOF™ LC-Express design ensures precise mass analysis with excellent resolution and sensitivity, from the ion source to the detector.

The AccuTOFTM LC-Express is a reliable and user-friendly LC/MS system that can be used for various applications. In addition to the usual orthogonal ESI source, an atmospheric pressure chemical ionization (APCI) source is optional. The optional auto-injection valve automates the injection of the internal mass reference compound, enabling accurate mass measurements.
ColdSpray

When using the optional ColdSpray ion source, thermally labile analytes, such as self-assembling supramolecules, certain kinds of organometallic complexes, and short-chain double-stranded DNAs, can all be examined whilst keeping samples intact.
Developed by Prof. K. Yamaguchi et. al. at the Kagawa School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Tokushima Bunri University, ColdSpray ionization was supported by the Japan Science and Technology Agency.
